The union was affirmed as bargaining unit for the employer’s employees. These applications for judicial review challenged different aspects of two decisions (of the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Minister of Labour) and the report (from the Board to the Minister) made in respect of the negotiation of a first collective agreement between the parties.
The Ontario Divisional Court dismissed the applications.
